Thermal efficiency is high

We use magnesium oxide superior in thermal conductivity between heater pipe and heating wire.

Toughness that endures shock

It is structure that endures mechanical vibration and shock with a stainless steel (SUS304) seamless pipe in a heater pipe.

Long service life

We use a chrome-nickel steel alloy line with the results for a heating wire, and use magnesium oxide superior in the electrically insulative performance in the high temperature for insulation powder.

Stable insulation properties

We use magnesium oxide superior in the electrically insulative performance in the high temperature and use high-density insulation sealing material for the lead wire pulling out.

Use

The usage that makes the hole for the thing heated by the hot plate, the molding die, the hot plate for the welding seal, and the roller, etc., inserts the heater, and heats it is general, but is also used as liquid heating.

Shape and dimension of standard goods

The lead wire has single wire and twist wire.
We can produce the length freely.

The follwing table is a reference table as standard goods.
We can produce outside diameter(φD), full length(Lmm), voltage(V), and capacity(W) other than the description freely too.

It is possible to prepare for special specifications of the flange type, the metallic cap type, built in thermocouple type, and the temperature distribution, etc.
